Terms of Use

The rules that govern your experience with Arrow Puzzle Master — fair play, clear obligations, and your rights as a player.

Effective Date — May 11th, 2026

Welcome to Arrow Puzzle Master. These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Arrow Puzzle Master. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Key Terms

Term	Meaning
Application / Service	Arrow Puzzle Master — the mobile puzzle game and related features provided by the Company.
Company	The entity that operates Arrow Puzzle Master, referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
Account	A unique profile created to access personalized features and save puzzle progress.
Virtual Assets	In‑app currency, power-ups, hints, or digital goods with no real‑world monetary value.
User Content	Any messages, feedback, or other material you submit within the app.
Device	Any smartphone, tablet, or hardware used to access Arrow Puzzle Master.
You / Player	The individual accessing or using Arrow Puzzle Master.

Who Can Play?

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arrow Puzzle Master. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your country of residence, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Parental If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information or created an account, please contact us at meccawksa@gmail.com. We will delete the data promptly.

Your Account & Security

Some features of Arrow Puzzle Master may require you to create an account. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used for fraudulent activities. You may delete your account at any time via in‑app settings or by contacting meccawksa@gmail.com.

Limited License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use Arrow Puzzle Master on devices you own or control, strictly for your personal, non‑commercial entertainment. This license does not give you ownership of the app, its content, or any associated intellectual property. Any use outside this license — including reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or creating derivative works — is strictly prohibited unless permitted by mandatory law.

Prohibited Conduct

To keep Arrow Puzzle Master fair, fun, and safe for everyone, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

Cheating & Exploits

Using hacks, mods, bots, or automation software
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors
Manipulating app data or network traffic

Harassment & Toxicity

Bullying, threatening, or harassing others
Posting hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
Sharing others' personal information without consent

Commercial & Illegal Use

Selling Virtual Assets for real money outside the app
Unauthorized advertising or data scraping
Engaging in real‑money gambling through the app

Disruption & Malware

Interfering with servers or overloading infrastructure
Distributing viruses or malicious code
Reverse engineering or decompiling the software

"Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, forfeiture of Virtual Assets, and, in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement."

Virtual Assets & Real‑Money Withdrawals

Arrow Puzzle Master may include in‑app currency, hints, power-ups, or digital benefits ("Virtual Assets"). You understand and agree:

Virtual Assets have no real‑world monetary value and are not legal tender.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Virtual Assets inside the app; you do not "own" them.
Virtual Assets cannot be exchanged for real money except through official withdrawal mechanisms (PayPal payouts), where explicitly offered.
We may modify, adjust, or retire Virtual Assets with reasonable notice.
If your account is terminated for violations, all Virtual Assets are forfeited without compensation.

Real‑Money Withdrawals (PayPal)

If you meet certain in‑app milestones, you may request withdrawal of earned rewards to your PayPal account. Conditions apply (minimum thresholds, verification, fraud checks). Once processed, withdrawals are final and non‑refundable. We may delay, deny, or reverse withdrawals if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

PayPal Your PayPal email and name are used exclusively for payout processing and are never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

User Content

Any messages, feedback, bug reports, or other content you submit within Arrow Puzzle Master ("User Content") remains your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to host, store, modify, display, and distribute that content for app operation and improvement. You warrant that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights. We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

Third‑Party Services & Advertising

Arrow Puzzle Master may display advertisements through AppLovin and its mediation partners. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to applicable ad network terms where required. The app may contain links to external websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Opt out of personalized ads: Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization". iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for Arrow Puzzle Master.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Arrow Puzzle Master — including software, code, graphics, sound effects, music, brand assets, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARROW PUZZLE MASTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S OPERATION, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO THESE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF VIRTUAL ASSETS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arrow Puzzle Master, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (i) your use of the app in violation of these Terms; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third‑party rights; or (iv) any fraud or intentional misconduct by you.

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting Arrow Puzzle Master from all your devices and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if:

You materially breach these Terms (with or without cure period, depending on severity).
Required by law or regulatory authority.
We discontinue the app or a major feature (with reasonable notice where feasible).

Upon termination, all rights granted cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the app. Provisions that survive (e.g., intellectual property, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. For users outside Kenya, mandatory local consumer laws may apply.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at meccawksa@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Arrow Puzzle Master agree to binding individual arbitration (except for small claims court claims that qualify). You waive the right to class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. Arbitration will be in English, in Nairobi, Kenya (or remote), under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages.

Modifications to the App

We continuously evolve Arrow Puzzle Master. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including features, Virtual Assets, or the entire app, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of progress, Virtual Assets, or data resulting from updates, bug fixes, security patches, or legal requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
For material changes, we will notify you via email or in‑app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the app.

General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arrow Puzzle Master.
